PHP:ini_set可更改項目

某些時候我們會用ini_set這個函式來動態更改php.ini的內容
但是並非每個項目都可更改

You can use the ini_set() function to set a directive's
value in your scripts provided the "CHANGEABLE" attribute in the above chart is
PHP_INI_USER or PHP_INI_ALL.

也就是說在清單上Changeable項目被標示為 PHP_INI_ALL或是 PHP_INI_USER的選項
才能被ini_set修改
